I wonder if there is some food or drink that is especially served on itsenäisyyspäivä. Soon it will be 90 years, which is very short. But what i understood from reading is that Finnish people have always been independent in their hearts.
Is there a food/drink especially contributing to this celebration?
(oh, and don't tell me that it is blue-white striped makkara  )
